Weekly News Update

Dear Parents and Carers,

Curriculum Afternoon – Tuesday
Don’t forget to join us for our Curriculum Afternoon on Tuesday 2.30-3.15pm. This is a great opportunity to see what your children have been learning and to find out more about our curriculum across the school. We look forward to welcoming you.

Children's Wellbeing Week

Next week we will be marking Children’s Mental Health Week with a range of activities taking place throughout the week.

To finish the week, on Thursday 13 February, we will be holding a Belonging Day. This day is all about celebrating the different groups, clubs, and communities that our children are part of.

Children are encouraged to come to school wearing their school uniform along with something that represents a group they belong to. This could include:

  • A gymnastics club uniform

  • Beavers, Cubs, or Scouts uniform

  • A sports team kit

  • Any other club or organisation they are proud to be part of

If your child does not belong to a club, they are very welcome to come to school in their normal school uniform.

We look forward to celebrating what makes our school community unique and helping children reflect on the importance of belonging.

Thank you for your continued support.

Thank you, and we hope you have a lovely weekend!

Warm regards,

Kerry Devane (Headteacher)
