Dear parents,

The children enjoyed taking part in the VE Day celebrations. We shared with the children that we were very lucky to live in a safe place and celebrated 80 years of freedom. Thinking of those who made that happen and those that don't have that freedom with a minutes' silence at midday.

Thank you for your patience as we change the security measures at the end of the day. Any feedback appreciated.

Can I please ask you to name your children's clothes. I take a bag of clothes to the charity shop on a weekly basis. This afternoon, I picked up a few jumpers and cardigans that looked relatively new with no names. It makes it difficult for us and the children to take care of belongings if they aren't named.

Don't forget to give your consent and lunch order for our Lyme Regis trip using ParentPay - If you need a paper copy, please ask at the office.

Good luck at the quiz night!!

Kerry Devane
