Message from the Headteacher

Dear all,

Thank you to everyone who contributed cakes and biscuits this week. Please come along to support our school's cake sale inside St John's Church during the Frost Fair.

A reminder that next Friday is our Christmas Fair, and we are still in need of bottles of alcohol for one of our stalls.

Can I please remind you that dogs are not allowed in the playground even if held in your arms. Not all children are comfortable in the presence of dogs.

Please look out for dates in the next few weeks, Christmas is a busy time of year at school.

Thank you for your continued support,

Kerry Devane

Year 1 Victorian Childhood Workshops

A reminder that on Tuesday 10th December, Year 1 will be visited by the Rural Life Museum and will participate in workshops with a Victorian Childhood theme.

"Life for children in Victorian Somerset was very different from today. Dress up in historical costume, learn about Victorian schools and investigate nineteenth-century childhood through drama, object-handling, sewing and archival sources."

We would appreciate a contribution towards the cost of the workshops. If you haven't already made a contribution, please read the letter on the link and log in to Parent Pay.
