Weekly News Update
Dear Parents and Carers,
The children and staff have had a real lift in spirits with the spring sunshine.
Some families have asked about Easter bonnets for our service in the final week. These can be handmade or shop-bought, with a theme of Easter or spring. Children can also wear rabbit ears or a spring headband. Could you please let me know asap if your child is willing to leave their bonnet to be displayed in the church.
We have had lots of visitors this week. The Carymoor Recycling team were here at the beginning of the week, teaching the children about recycling. Yesterday, we had a visit from the Glastonbury Male Voice Choir, which even some of the nursery children attended.
Today, the care home leaders will be having afternoon tea with the care home residents. These are great examples of our links with the school community.
Thank you to all the parents who attended parents’ evening. If for any reason you missed it, please do speak to your child’s class teacher and we can arrange an appointment for you.
