Message from the Headteacher

September seems like a distant memory. It has been a long and busy Autumn Term. We are all looking forward to Christmas and our whole staff team would like to wish you all a very happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

Our school and nursery continues to grow with additional children starting all the time which is a wonderful compliment and testimony to the team here.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all well at this special time of the year and hope 2022 brings you good health and happiness.

Parenting Tip

This time of year, it's important to have Reasonable Expectations about your child's behaviour. While noise, lights and busy experiences are no doubt fun, they can also be overwhelming. This can lead to challenging behaviour that can make a parent wonder why they bother doing nice things!

Try having scheduled Calm Time in between the busy bits; a chance for parents and children to relax, process and recharge. A stressed parent won't be a reasonable parent so be kind to yourselves and have reasonable expectations for yourself too.
