Dear Parents/Carers,
As we approach the end of another academic year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the journey we've shared and to discuss the importance of well-being during this busy time.
The end of the school year often brings a flurry of emotions. There is excitement about the upcoming summer holidays, but also an undeniable sense of fatigue from what has been a challenging year for many. With changes on the horizon – whether it's moving up a year, transitioning schools, or simply adjusting to the summer break – it's vital to recognise the impact these changes can have on our children, as well as ourselves.
In this whirlwind of activity, I encourage you to be kind to yourselves and to each other. Give yourselves the time to process everything that has transpired over the year. Remember, it's perfectly normal to feel a bit overwhelmed as we navigate these transitions. Taking a moment to reflect on the positives, to celebrate achievements, both big and small, can make a world of difference.
As always, thank you for your continued support and partnership throughout the year. We are looking forward to another exciting year ahead, and we hope you enjoy the activities and celebrations we have planned over the next few weeks.
Enjoy the weekend,
Kerry Devane
