Message from the Headteacher

Dear all, 

Our Collective Worship Leaders will be representing the school on Sunday at the Glastonbury Remembrance Service. If you would like to join them, please meet at the Town Hall between 10-10.15am. The parade will start at 10.30am, down the High Street to the War Memorial. 

On Monday we will have our own Remembrance Service at 11am in front of our own War Memorial in the playground. Families are welcome to join us for this. Please join us in the playground at 10.50am.

Tuesday 10th December - Year 1 Victorian Christmas workshops

18th December - Holy Thorn Service @10am

20th December - School Carol Service @ 2pm

PTA News

 

Our PTA Annual General Meeting will be held tonight, Friday 8th November at 3:15pm

This is your chance to hear and see how the funds you have helped to raise, have been used for the benefit of the children at our school.

The PTA plays a vital part in the school community and all parents, as members of the PTA, are invited to support the AGM.

We look forward to seeing you on Friday 8th November!

Attendance 

The whole school attendance so far this year is 94.7%

This week it was 95.8%

The YEAR with the highest attendance was YEAR 1 with 96.7%

The CLASS with the highest attendance was FOXES with 100%

Achievement

Well done to Jemima in Foxes who won a national award at the British Film Institute in London for the film that she made at PQA (Pauline Quirk Academy) in Wells.

Wow, Jemima! We are so proud of you.
