Has your child ever travelled for more than an hour?
Does your child suffer with travel sickness?

If you have medication for travel sickness, please ensure your child has had it before leaving home on the morning of the trip.

Please make sure you give the class teacher the dose required for the return journey and complete the medical form for this.
